Campbell Returns to Wrigley
Brian Campbell payed a visit to Wrigley Field today, returning to throw out the first pitch and sing the seventh inning stretch seven months after he played on the very same field.
The Blackhawks' veteran defender also stopped by WGN's press box to talk with Len and Bob, saying that 2009-2010 was "The Cup Year".
Let's hope he's right.

His hair is fire red, just so red. Sometimes I think he dyes it to keep it looking like a tomato. Your thoughts?
ReplyDeleteI don't follow hockey that much, but I have to believe from what I've followed that the Blackhawks may have a shot at the finals this year. They were close for the first time in ages and are returning majority of their team.
Nice link to his opening pitch "redemption" video. I think the pep talk from the PR gal made all the difference. Nice to see he opted for control over velocity. Success! Not a hockey fan, I suddenly care about Brian Campbell now. :-) Travis, that red in his hair is his firey passion for hockey! It's in his genes! :-P
